CHARTER SCHOOL POLICY

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Students receive individual instruction in their choice of piano/keyboard, guitar, violin, voice, ukulele, or flute. Lessons include note-reading, technique, theory, and performance skills practice.

OUT-OF-POCKET PAYMENTS

In the event that the charter school does not pay for lessons, we kindly ask that parents pay for the lessons. Unpaid lessons can arise from a lack of student funding in a student’s charter account, a late PO request, or a number of other things. Our studio does offer out-of-pocket lessons to the general public.

PRICING

Pricing is based on a per-course basis and ranges from $60 to $75 per hour, depending on the expertise and experience of the teacher. Many students opt for 30-minute or 45-minute weekly lessons. Monthly PO amounts are calculated by determining the number of lessons that will occur in the month and then multiplying that number by the lesson price.

NON-SECTARIAN STATEMENT

Lessons offered to charter students must be non-sectarian, per California law. But please know that Anna and I (Adam) are sincere followers of Jesus Christ, believe in the active role of the Holy Spirit in our lives, and believe that God—as he defines himself in the Holy Bible—is worthy of all our worship.
